  • Finalize concept design with the client
  • Submit cost estimates and pricing criteria
  • Provide product selection and quality parameters

Plan Development

  • Prepare blue prints / plans
  • Review / redraw design plans with the client process

Design Approval

  • Client approval of design plans
  • Agree on final budget with the client
  • Sign property development agreement process

Construction Drawings

  • Draw final layout plans for submission to city

  • Submit plans to engineering (if necessary)

  • Submit plans for city and building permit(s)

Project Kick-off

  • Permit issued
  • Confirm start date with client
  • Commencement of works

Project Review

  • Review progress with the client (ongoing)
  • Periodic reporting

Project Closeout

  • Client completion meeting
  • Team completes defects list items (if necessary)
  • Client handover meetings
